• Pinterest – Create and share a Pinterest Board with your designer. Exchange ideas, find inspiration, and see the latest projects from Artisan.
• Houzz – Create and share idea boards.
• Visualize Your Design – with 3D renderings from the Artisan team.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

• Prepare for your virtual design consultation by searching for inspiration photos online to guide your Artisan designer.
• Show your designer around the current space via video conferencing as you discuss design inspirations, project details and budget. Our designer will walk you through taking specific measurements.
• Artisan will provide a detailed estimate (which includes the $500 retainer) within 7-10 days of the videoconference.

SELECTION PROCESS

• Utilizing video conferencing, your Artisan designer will walk you through our showroom to assist you with your applicable selection of appliances, cabinets, fixtures, countertops and more. Selections will be shareable via email during this process.
• Artisan will deliver sample selections to your front porch.

FINAL DESIGN VIRTUAL MEETING

• Once your Artisan designer has virtually shared selections, drawings and pricing with you and you’ve made your final selections, we can either proceed immediately with the in-home measure steps below or wait until you are comfortable to schedule an in-home visit to finalize the measurements and scope of project.

Step 2
MEASUREMENTS

IN-HOME VISIT

This important step requires an in-home visit by our designer and pre-construction manager to confirm measurements and project scope. Be assured all necessary sanitation precautions will be taken before entering your home:

• Staff members are checked daily and their temperatures taken to ensure good health.  
• We wash our hands thoroughly before we arrive and use hand sanitizer upon arrival at your home. 
• Upon arrival, we put on shoe covers and rubber gloves. Everyone carries a job site safety kit.
• We will maintain a social distance of six feet (or more) throughout the appointment as we confirm measurements or install.
• We wipe down all surfaces we come in contact with while in your home.

VIRTUAL DESIGN REVISIONS & FINALIZATION

• We will provide any design revisions via email and verify final selections and project scope within 7-10 days of the home visit.
• You will then approve your final design and sign the contract via electronic signature.
• Once the contract is signed, we can schedule the installation date or wait until you are comfortable having workers in your home.

Step 3
INSTALLATION

Please know that all Artisan trade partners, installers and employees are encouraged to follow these health and sanitation guidelines when entering a jobsite:  

• A sanitation station will be set up at your home, including antibacterial soap; hand sanitizer (60% alcohol); cleaning supplies and wipes; rubber gloves and shoe covers.
• Everyone on the jobsite will wash hands frequently with soap and water or hand sanitizer and will avoid touching their faces, shaking hands or coming in contact with anyone who is sick.
  
• A distance of six feet or greater from others will be maintained.
• Frequently-touched job-site surfaces – such as counters; light switches; doorknobs; toilets; faucets; sinks, etc. – will be cleaned and disinfected every day we are on site. Daily cleaning logs will be maintained.
